Hi, I’m Chef Eric “Bergy” Berg and my company is Vail Catering Concepts.

Vail Catering Concepts is chef owned and operated. What we do the best, is serve high-end restaurant quality food for dinner parties, weddings and events.  The products and ingredients that we use to make our food innovative and flavorful, are of the highest quality.  I generally like to use organic when available, free-range, wild and all natural meats and poultry, and fresh produce and products is preferred—not frozen. All of this delivers the best tasting food for you.  Your food is made to order – I don’t make huge batches ahead of time and freeze it.  That way it tastes the best for you!! 

Whether you are having a sit down dinner, a wedding buffet for 300 people, a corporate reception, an event for 1000, or want me to make a nice dinner to drop off at your place, our intention is for it to be the best food you’ve had since the last time I cooked for you!!  I have a great staff of sous chefs and a wonderful staff of waitresses and bartenders to help with parties so that once we arrive, everything is taken care of and you can enjoy yourself.
